The partnership
Working together.
A long-standing research collaboration with the Department of Life Sciences and the research group of Prof. Simona Maccherini links ecological theory with field vegetation data and quantitative diversity analysis. Collaborative work addresses conservation priorities, coastal dunes, forest vegetation and ecological methods.
Emilia Pafumi’s doctoral research also strengthens exchanges between the Trieste and Siena research environments.
