About gECO

A training project that communicates science.

gECO was developed within the MSc in Global Change Ecology and Sustainability at the University of Trieste. The project is produced by students with scientific supervision from University lecturers and academic coordination by Giovanni Bacaro.

The podcast combines public engagement with student training: editorial research, interviewing, scientific verification, audio/video production and social-media communication become part of an applied learning experience.
